ABOUT RESTORING
YOUR HEADLIGHT
There is a couple of different ways to restore headlight
lenses
but there is only one
right way to do it.
Only the professional method will restore the lens in its original
factory condition.
This requires a know-how, long practice and patience and cannot be
realized with a do it yourself
cheap product or lacquer.
Using a lacquer will permanently destroy the lens once it has been
exposed to sun rays.
See the example below:
This headlight was redone
by a non professional
using a lacquer
that does not have a UV protection
In this picture, the white dicoloration of the lens comes from
sun rays that burned the plastic lens through the lacquer.
This is not repairable.
Lens replacement
is the only solution.
A factory headlight
comes
with a UV protection
acting like a sun screen..
Only professional

will include a factory UV protection..

Professional resurfacing for

There is no "Miracle" product. what
may look clear at first
will soon deteriorate once
exposed to sun rays.
Resurfacing
after using such product
is not guarantied to work as the lens may be damaged
beyond
repair due to residue coating.
This Honda Civic Headlight lens was previously done by

while being clearer ii is still foggy ( left top)
